If you changed your mind about a piece, you are welcome to return the piece to us in CA for a credit on another piece of the same or higher value. (Buyer does pay for shipping.) We do our utmost to ensure that your prints are packaged carefully and arrive safely at their destination. If your prints arrive damaged, we will make it right! All our shipping is insured, so please keep all packaging and contact support@greggawlowski.com with your order number for further instructions.
